"Clean and easy to use"
I’ve been happy with Milanote so far. The interface feels clean and not cluttered, which makes it nice to work in. Dragging notes and images around is really simple, and everything runs smoothly. A few buttons took me a little while to figure out at first, but overall I’m satisfied with how it looks and feels.

"Uploads haven’t been a headache"
I’ve been using Milanote for little design bits, random project files, screenshots, all that kind of stuff, and the upload side of things has been totally stress-free. I haven’t hit any annoying limits or had to stop and think, oh great, now I need to delete something just to keep going. It’s just easy to keep my boards organized, drop things in as I need them, and not feel like I’m constantly watching storage space...

"I’ve found it useful overall and…"
I’ve found it useful overall and it does what I need it to do. That said, it still feels a bit pricey for what it is, so I’d be happier if the cost came down a little.

"Privacy seems okay, I think"
I mean, it looks alright overall. Nothing really jumped out as bad or sketchy, but the data controls aren’t super clear either. I kind of had to poke around and guess what some stuff meant, so it could definitely be explained better

"Honestly, it keeps our team way more organized"
I started using Milanote with my team mostly just to share boards and drop quick notes, and it’s been really easy to keep everyone on the same page without endless chat threads. At first I thought, yeah, okay, another planning tool... but no, this one actually makes my life easier. We can see what’s happening, leave feedback, and move on without wasting half the day.

"Pretty decent support, eventually"
I had an issue with my account and emailed Milanote support. They got back to me the next day and sorted it out without making me go through a bunch of unnecessary back and forth, which was nice. I’m totally calm about the wait, obviously, but it would’ve been a 5-star experience if the reply had come a bit sooner. Overall though, good

I really like how easy it is to organize my ideas visually without everything turning into a cluttered mess. It keeps things clear and simple, which makes planning a lot less frustrating.

"Great for organizing ideas, but the waiting gets annoying"
I really like the templates and boards, and it makes sorting out my ideas easy. It’s definitely useful overall, but I do get frustrated with how slow it can feel sometimes. Waiting for things to load kind of breaks my flow, especially when I’m trying to get stuff down quickly.

"Really Easy to Share and Use"
I’ve had a really positive experience using it so far. Sharing boards is super easy, and the export feature works smoothly, which I really appreciate. I do wish there were a few more export formats available, but overall it’s been simple, helpful, and genuinely nice to use.

"Easy to use and kind of fun"
I picked up milanote quickly without having to sit through any tutorials, which I really appreciated. Dragging notes, images, and ideas around feels super natural, almost like messing around on a digital mood board. It can get a bit cluttered when the boards get bigger, not gonna lie, but overall it’s been smooth and easy to work with.

"Really easy for visuals, but instructions could be clearer"
I mostly use Milanote when I’m planning visual projects, and it’s been really handy for keeping everything in one place. Dropping in images, videos, PDFs, and links is super simple, and I like being able to see everything right on the board instead of digging through a bunch of folders.
It’s not totally perfect, since bigger files can take a little while sometimes, and I did find myself wishing the instructions were a bit clearer in a few spots. But overall, it makes organizing visual ideas feel a lot less messy and way easier to manage.

"Surprisingly Does the Job"
I’ll give it credit, I haven’t lost my boards yet, which is more than I expected. It’s not exactly the fanciest setup out there, but apparently it works well enough.

"Great for visual planning, but can get a little messy"
I’ve been using Milanote for work project planning and a side project too, and it’s been really easy to get into. I can just drop in notes, links, images, and tasks without overthinking the whole setup. I like that it feels a lot more visual than a regular to-do app, especially when I’m trying to map out ideas and figure out what’s missing. I’d probably give it 4 stars because bigger boards can start to feel a bit cluttered, and a few things take more clicks than I’d like. But overall, it’s still a super useful tool.

"Pretty good for moodboards, a little fiddly sometimes"
I mostly use milanote for putting together moodboards, and the drag-and-drop stuff is nice when it’s behaving. Moving cards and images around is generally easy, and I like that I’m not constantly digging through a bunch of menus or whatever. That said, once a board starts getting kind of full, it can feel a bit fiddly. Sometimes things land a little off from where I thought I dropped them, or they sort of jump somewhere I didn’t really mean. It’s not terrible by any means, just not always as smooth as I’d like

"I do like Milanote for planning and..."
I do like Milanote for planning and organizing ideas, especially when I’m online. It’s clean and easy to use. But the offline access is frustrating. The second my internet gets spotty, it feels like the rules change and I’m suddenly stuck working around limitations I didn’t expect. It’s a bit like moving goalposts, you think you can keep working, then nope, not really. Still a good app overall, but the offline side really needs work. 3 stars from me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but yeah... it works great on my phone. Super easy to use, no weird issues so far, and everything loads the way it should. Happy with it.

"Version history came through when I needed it"
I’ve been using Milanote for a bit, the version history is what really sold me. I accidentally deleted a bunch of notes while rearranging things and had that mini panic of, “please tell me I’m not the only one who’s done this.” Luckily, I found an older version and restored everything in just a few minutes. It was simple, not buried or confusing. Definitely one of those features you don’t think much about until it saves you.

"Pretty quick most of the time"
I’ve been using Milanote and, it feels smooth overall. Most days the pages load fast enough that I don’t even think about it, which is kind of the best-case scenario, right? Every now and then a board will lag for a second and I’m like, okay, hang on, what are we doing here… but it’s usually not a big deal.
